A Very Rare Chest Pain Reason Due To Familial Mediterranean Fever; Costochondritis

Familial mediterranean fever (FMF) is an autosomal recessivelytransmitted disease characterised by attacks of fever and serositis. Articular involvement is the second most common manifestation following abdominal pain. Articular involvement is commonly in the large joints of the lower extremities but may occur in other joints such as the ankle, shoulder, temporomandibular joint, or sternoclavicular joint.
