Behrers's disease is a systemic disease which does not show destructive arthritis in joints sacroiliitis ankle enthesopatia (Achilles tendinits and plantar fasciitis) and iemporomandibular arthritis were cli-nically and radiologically compared in 40 patients with Behcet's Disease and 23 control groups. There was a statistically significant differance in the ra-diological findings of both groups while there was clinically no significant differance between them (P<0.05). Clinical and radiological findings of ankle enthesopathia and temporo-mandibular joint arthritis were the same. It was concluded that although ankle and temporo-mandibular joint complaints are found during the Behcers Disease, those complaints were specific for the disease and were not more than those found in normal population.
