Giant Surrenal Mass

 Fourty one years old female and 64 years old man were admitted to our clinic  because of abdominal pain. In investigating the liver was reported with a giant hemangioma. It was symptomatic and look like malignancy for each cases so they were operated. In operation it was not a liver mass , one of them observed right giant adrenal adenoma and the second one is renal cell carsinoma.  Resection was performed for each cases. Adrenal mass could be noted that mixed hemangiomas.
