The Successful Excision Of A Bulla With Coronary By-Pass

There is a limited effect in standard medical treatment of emphysema for quality of life and survival of patients. Symptoms of most of the patients progressive rapidly. It is hoped that symptomatic remission may be occured on selected patients by surgical treatment(1). Simultaneously two surgical operations which one of alternative treatment methods, protect the patients from two different major surgical procedures which are performed at different times, and reduce the cost of treatment. In this article we present a successful bulla resection case that has done with stapler and combined with coronary artery surgery.
