Bu yazıda tüberkülozun serolojik tantst icin yeni bir antijenin kullanzlmastyla yaptlan latex ag-lu resti tarif edilrni§ ye sonuclart takdim Araglrma 47'si aktif akciger tii-1.)erkillozitt, 8'i inaktif titherkiiloz lezyonlu, 32'si ce-Sitli harici akciger hastaltklt ye 20`si sag-ltklz 107 p2hts iizerinde yapilmutzr. Antijen, agarla solidifiye Sauton vasatz iizerinde iiretilen basillerinin cam boncuklarla mekanik ola-rak parcalanmaszyla elde Test sonucu 47 aktif tiiberkiilozlunun 34 (% 72.3)iinde miisbet, 13 (% 27,7)`iinde menfi ol-ntuour. inaktif tiiberkilloz lezyonlu 8 vakantn 7 (% 87.5) sinde test sonucu menfidir. Tiiberkidoz harici akciger hastalzklz 32 vak.antn hepsinde ve keza 20 sagltklt kontrol vakalannzn hepsinde test sonucu menfi k:alnuotr. Bu sonuclara gore testin duyarldigt •% 72,3 ye spesifikligi % 98,3 bulunmuctur.
