Akut saparatif kolanjit, safra sisteminde bakte-riyel bulaprza ile oluşan ciddi bir kolanjit şekli olup, yüksek bir mortaliteye sahiptir. Bu makalede akut süpratıf kolanjit tanısı konarak tedavi edilen 6 hasta sunuldu ve erken cerrahi dekompresyonun önemi tartışıldı.
