Özeti
Doğum yapan 109 anne ve onlara ait 109 bebeğin kordon kan örneklerinde CMV antikoru ELISA yöntemi- ile çaltşıldt. Annelere ait serumlardan 32'sinde (%29.3) CMV 1gG ve 13'ilnde (%11.9) CMV 1gM pozitifliği saptandı. Bebeklerde ise 25'inde (%22.9) CMV 1gG pozitif bulundu. CMV IgM bebeklerin hepsinde negatif olmasına rağmen, annelerdeki %11.9 oranında CMV 1gM pozitifliği bebeklerinde risk olduğunu düşündürmektedir.
Sena were öbtained from 109 mothers who were in kibar and from the wnblical cord of the- ir newborn babies. CMV antibodies of the samples were deterrnined by ELLSA teehnique, These findings revealed that the serum of 32 (29,3%) and 13 (11,9%) mothers were CMV IgG- and 1gM pozilive, respectively.4-The serum of 25 (22.9%) newborn babies showed CMV IgG positive responses. Although, CMV specıfic 1gM response was not found in the serum of the newborn babies, but 11.9% CMV specific 1gM positive response of the »tothers implied health risk for the babies.
