Pes kavus çeşitli etyolojileri olan patornekaniği tam arlaşılrnarnış kotnpleks bir ayak cleforrnites-idir. Bu çalışmada ayaklarinda kavus deforrnitesi olan 16 hastanın cerrahi tedavisi gözden geçirildi. Llygulana cerrahi tedavi, hastanın yaşına, etyolojisine ve deforrnitenin analizine göre seçildi. Hasta-ların en az bir yıllık rakipleri sonucunda, cerrahi tedavinin %77 oranında başarılı olduğu görüldü.
