Konjenital kornea plana'lı bir erkek çocuk sunul-muştur. Hastada düzleşmiş kornea, sınırları belirsiz limbus, sığ ön kamera, yüksek hipermetropi ve alternan içe kayma mevcuttu. Sistemik anomaliler yoktu. Olgunun pedigri incelenmesinde, otozomal ressesiv bir geçiş düşünüldü.
