Mikozis fungoides T hücreli bir deri lenfornasıdır. Prernikotik fazda egzematoid veya nonspesifik dermatit görülür. Daha sonra bu safha plak, nodül, ülserler veya eritrodertnaya dönüşür. Hastalığın teşhisi üç karakteristik histolojik özelliğin bulunıqu ile konur: a) Üst derrniste bant I şeklinde mononükleer hücre infiltrasyonu, b) Dermiste mikozis hücreleri, c) Epidermiste Pautrier mik-,roabseleri. Bu yaka bildiriminde bir mikozis fungoides vakası takdim ettik ve onun klinikopatolojik özelliklerini literatür bilgileri ile tanıştık.
