COMPLICATIONS OF INTERMEDIATE VEHICLES PERFORATION

Intrauterine devices (IUDs), which use a reversible and highly efficient method, significantly lower mortality and morbidity compared to the medical and social risks of unwanted pregnancies. Mortality is less in IUDs compared to birth control pills, which is one of the most effective methods. On the other hand, morbidity is higher due to bleeding, inflammatory diseases of the pelvis and uterine perforation. Failure to properly place the IUDs in the uterus is the main cause of all major complications such as pregnancy, evacuation of the vehicle, bleeding, mesh, perforation and infection.
