Kistik higroma lenfatik kiikenli benign bir yondur. Lenfatiklerde olulan konjenital mal-formasyon nedeniyle lenfatik akim bloke ol-maktadir. Bazen de aim sekestrasyonlar sonucu dev kistik higromalar olu§maktadir. Bunlar kongu do-kuMri ve vital organlarl infiltre etmektedir. Boylece solunum yollarina bast. hemoraji ve sepsis gibi ciddi komplikasyonlara yol armaktathr. Der kistik hig-romalarin total cerrahi eksizyonlari bazen miimkiin olamamaktadtr. Bu nedenle cerrahive alternatif te-davi cekilleri araprilmaktadir. Bu califmada Seljuk Universitesi Tip Fakiiltesi cocuk Cerrahisi nde tedavi edilmic servikal (n=1) ve ser-vikoaksiller (n=2) yerle imfi dev kistik higromalt olgu sunulmultur.
