DISK DEJENERASYONUNDA L4-L5, L5-S1 SEVIYELERINDE FASET VE LAMİNA ASİMETRİSI: BILGISAYARLİ TOMOGRAFİK ARAŞTIRMA

Bu çalışma disk dejenerasyonu ile faset eklemi asimetrisi arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Normal ve dejenere lumbal disklerde faset, laminer ve laminofeset açı asimetrileri ölçüldü. L4-I5 ve L5-S1 .seviyesinde faset, laminer laminofaset asimet-rilerde istatistiksel olarak anlamlılık bulundu. Faset ve laminer açılar ile disk dejenerasyonu arasında iki seviyede de anlamlı ilişki yoktur. Faset ve laminer, faset ve laminofaset, laminer ve laminofaset asimetri arasında normal L4-5 seviy-esinde anlamlı korelasyon vardır, fakat disk dejene-rasyonunda her iki seiyede de anlamlı korelasyon yoktur.
