Klinik olarak doğuştan kalça çıkığı (DKÇ) olan 34 hastada, direk grafi ve ultrasorıografi (US) tanıtan karşılaştırıldı. 68 kalçanın 43'ünde (%63) grafi ile, 48'inde (%71) US ile doğru tanı konuldu. Ilk aylarda DKÇ tanısında US, direk grafiye göre daha duyarlı bulundu. Ultrasonografik asetabuler açının, direk grafiler asetabuler açıdan %80 büyük olduğu belirlendi. US ile DKÇ tanısı da, labrioasetabuler açı %77 oranında 99-116 derece arasında saptandı.
