Papillary cystic neoplasrn of the pancreas is a rare pancreatic condition with low grade malignant behavior. It occurs mainly in young adult females and surgical resection is amenable to cure in early cases. A 26 yaar old woman who had epigastric mass and pain was operated on with the diagnosis of pancreatic tumor and biopsy specimens showed papillary cystic tumor. We report this case for it is a rare condition. great in size and his-tologically documented vascular and capsular invasion with no metastases.
