The chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, which
occurs by autoimmune mechanisms, is characterized as multifocal

progression may vary. Because of treatable neuropathy, the
diagnosisis very important. We describe a rare patient with chronic
inflammatory neuropathy presenting with asymmetric weakness and
asymmetric facial paralysis.
