A Case of Morgagni Hernia

Morgagni's hernia are uncommon and it is the least common congenital diaphragmatic hernia. This condition affects the right side more frequently than the left. In adulthood, the majority of cases are asyomtomatic or produce minimal symptoms. Most Morgagni herniations in aduls are recognized ro-entgenographically. We present a case of Morgagni hernia in a 69 years old man suffering from occasioonally a pain at the right upper part of abdomen.
