                Anemia and neurologic symptoms due to vitamin B12 deficiency are well known. Severe psychiatric symptoms related with this deficiency are also reported. in this article a case with anemia and psychotic symptoms due to vitamin B12 deficiency is presented and psychiatric symptoms due to vitamin B12 deficiency, its respond to treatment are discussed with li-terature.
