Surgical correction of an aesthetic deficit causing, a psychological problem, is routinely performed. On the other hand, if a complaint that can not be regarded as an aesthetic deficit, causes psychological, or even pathological changes, it is unfamiliar. İn this report we present a patient who has tied her hair tightly in order to lift her eyebrows and has caused tractional alopecia.
