Tc-99m labelled cyclophosphlamide was adminis-tred to 10 rabbits intravenous, 10 rabbits by anal submucosal injection. The rabbits were sacrified after 5 hours following injection and radioisotopic counts ıvere made from liver, kidney and bladder tissue by gamma camera scanning. The result were evaluated with student's t test. The drog accurnulation in vesi-coprostatic plexus and bladder tissue following anal submucosal injection was found high were as liver, kidney concentration were low, on the contrary intravenous injection.
