Thymus has a lenjOreticular structure. Thymus is higger in newborn and goes on ta grove until 2-3 years old. It keeps this size until puberty. Thymus is the ma-tu•ation place of T lymphoc_ytes. This investigation was ~Ide to examine the his-tological structure of thymus. In this investigation fifteeıı h.urnan fetus thymus were examined from fourth, fifth and sixth months. In histological slides. the existen.ce of bo-nernarrow stern cells. plasma cells, mast cells and eosinophil leucocytes were observed. Neverthless, ta reveal the structure and function of secretion cells the immunohistochemical studies must be repeated.
