Single ventricle is a rare congenital heart disease. The number of patients who reach to adult age without surgical operation due to poor prognosis are rare. There are publications that report cases reached to 5 to 6 decades in the literature. What makes the present case interesting is that it is the single ventricule that reaches the oldest age without operation reported in our country.
