The malignant tumors of bone are more common than benign
tumors. The bone tumors is the smallest group in all tumors. For
this reason, knowledge and experience required for the diagnostic
approach. Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumor.
The lesion can be single, multiple forms are rarely seen. This condition
is known as osteochondromatosis or diaphyseal aklazi. Diaphyseal
aklazi (DA) is a rare hereditary disorder of cartilage differentiation and
inherited as an autosomal dominant. Chondrosarcoma that especially
for the development of new lesions occurring after termination of
puberty should be evaluated. In this case report presented the two
brothers who are diagnosed with DA come in with the complaint of
short stature. One of the patients was 15-year-old girl and the other
was a 14-year-old male. A common complaint of both short stature
and non-painful swelling of bones. The patients were diagnosed
with diyafizyal aklazi according to typical family history, physical
examination findings, and radiographic findings.
