Mediastinal extravasation is a rare mechanical complication of longterm subclavian vere cat-heterization. It's probable due ta the chronic irritation of catheter on the vessel wall. In this article, a case with the diagnosis of biliary tract fistula whom subc-lavian vein catheterization was applied with the pur-pose of TPN was presented.
