A 37 - year old woman was admitted to the co-ronary care unit (CCU) with the diagnosis of acute anteroseptal myocardial infarction. Three days post admission to the coronary care unit upon history of her menstrual status a pregnancy test was done and found to he positive. Her CCU care was continued and discharged without any complications. Her later phases of pregnancy was uneventful and underwent premature vaginal delivery at 8 months. This re-inforces the idea of close follow up of pregnant women with respect to possible angina pectoris if history reveals hypertension, diabetes. SMDking. overweight and other risk factors of myocardial in-farction.
