Despite all these advances in medical treatment, sinusitis is still one of the most important reasons for intracranial sepsis. Complications of sinusitis is not very common but; the rapid spread of the infection to orbital and the intracranial tissue can be raised very serious and high mortality complications such as subdural empyema, meningitis, brain abscess and cavernous sinus thrombosis. Therefore, it is important to know where sinus infections can spread. In this case report, a 26 year old female patient was presented with periorbital cellulitis, venous thrombosis and meningitis developed as a complication of sinusitis.
