                Acute suppurative clzolangitis is a severe form of cholangitis due to hacterial contamination in the bil-iary system and responsible from a high rate of mortality. in 'his article. 6 patients diagnosed and treated with acute suppurative cholangitis were presented and the importance of early surgical decompression was discussed.
