Adult Still’s disease is a rare systemic inflammatory disease with unknown etiology and its pathogenesis has not been clarified yet. Since, there is no specific diagnostic test the diagnosis is made by clinical symptoms. It is characterized by high fever, arthralgia or arthiritis and transient maculopapular rash.
