Mantle cell lymphoma represents 3-10% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It is mostly a disease of the elderly and shows a male predominance. Patients with mantle cell lymphoma usually present with advanced stage. Extranodal involvements are common finding. In this paper, we presented a case of an 62 year old male admitting to hospital only right knee pain and swelling who had aggressive mantle cell lymphoma with unusual extranodal involvements.
