Intake of high doses of calcium channel blocker can cause serious clinical consequences and death. A child patient at 13 years old was admitted to the intensive care unit because of significant hypotension due to high-dose amlodipine and valsartan+hydrochlorothiazide intake aiming commit suicide. The patient successfully treated with fluid, calcium gluconate, dopamine, dobutamine in addition to insulin and glucose was discharged from intensive care unit after eight days healthy by preventing development of further complications.
