Gastrointestinal procedures are the most frequent ones in
outpatient anesthesia applications which increase day by day.
However pediatric cases are rare. Out patient anesthesia applications,
especially in pediatrik patients, are more difficult and so it is important
to use guidelines in this manner. In this article our anesthetic
experience in a endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography
applied on a pediatric patient is reported with literature review.
