Gastrointestinal procedures are the most frequent ones in outpatient anesthesia applications which increase day by day. However pediatric cases are rare. Out patient anesthesia applications, especially in pediatrik patients, are more difficult and so it is important to use guidelines in this manner. In this article our anesthetic experience in a endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography applied on a pediatric patient is reported with literature review.
