The effects of penicilin G(F'), amoxicilin + kla-vulanic acid (AMC), + ampicilin + sulbactam (SAM), cefadroxil (CFR), erythromycin (E), clarithromycin (CLR) and azithromycin (AZM) to GABHS isolated from throat smear were analyzed using Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion technique. In-vitro, P sensitivity in 220 strains found in 100%. The resistance were E in 6%, CLR in 7%, AZM in 8%, and CFR in 9% white the re-sistance against AMC and SAM were 0% P, AMC and SAM are stili the first choise for the treatment of GABHS infections.
