146 subjects in childhood ages that had E.coli iri their urine culture were enrolled in this research and the serogroup distribution was detected by 26 ure-apathogenic E.coli antiserum in Ankara Unversitv, Medical Faculty, Deportment of Microbiology and Clinical Microbiology. 106 of the E. groups were identified and 40 of them were not in the groups. Sensitivities to ampicillin, trimethoprim - snip-hamethoxasol, gentamyciii, tobramycin, amikacin, ca-. uroxime. cephtriaxon, cephtazidim, nalidixic acid, amoxycillin - clavulanic acid and cephalotin were se-arched by disc - diflitsion method. Ureapathogenic E.coli groups were sensitive to gentamycine, tab-ramycine, cephtiaxon (% 94 3), amikacin (% 91.5), cefioroxim, cephtozidine. nalidisic acid (% 88.7). These bacteriae were resistant to ampicillin (% 67) trimethoprim - sulphamethaxasol (% 60.4) and amorycillin - c-lavulanic acid (% 51.9). In. this study it was found that there were not any differences among (0) serogroups about antibiotic sensitivity but it was observed that all group were more sensitive to gentamvcin, tobramycin, ceph-triaxon and amikacin
