Approach To Trauma In Pregnancy

In pregnant women, trauma is responsible for nonobstetrik maternal-fetal mortality and morbidity. Approach to trauma in pregnancy is similar to non-pregnant women. Approach to patient with considering physiological changes during pregnancy and timely prevention of possible obstetrical complications is significant keeping in mind that these complications may affect maternal mortality and morbidity.
