In order tü prepare the patients who had developed chronic renal failure to hemodilaysis, latero-lateral arteriovenous fistula application was applied among the localized arteria. In 4 cases in which superficial venis weren't sujficient (arteria brachialis-venae brachialis) was reconstructed among the deep vessels in fossa an-tecubiti. It was observed that there were some en-largements which made the hemodialysis possible on the superficial veins by means of the venous connection between deep and superficial veins in 30 clays
