We report a 38 year-old male patient vvith non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma who developed oliguric acute renal failure depending on tumor lysis syndrome, following chemotherapy. We treated, patient vvith diuretic, bicarbonate infusion, calcium gluconate, and 30% dextrose vvith insulin. We couldn’t give a response to these treatments. After chemotherapy, on 4th day we started to use hemodialysis. After hemodialysis, we supplied a recovering in this patient as clinic and laboratory.
