The chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, which occurs by autoimmune mechanisms, is characterized as multifocal demyelination of the peripheral nerves. The clinical onset and progression may vary. Because of treatable neuropathy, the diagnosisis very important. We describe a rare patient with chronic inflammatory neuropathy presenting with asymmetric weakness and asymmetric facial paralysis.
