Split hand-foot malformation is a congenital limb malformation, characterized by a deep median cleft of the hand and/or foot due to the absence of the central rays. Split hand-foot malformation can occur as isolated anomalies or as one component of multisystem syndromes. The majority of the familial cases are inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. Some patients with split handfoot malformation have been found to have mental retardation, ectodermal and craniofacial findings. We presented a split handfoot malformation case with liver and cutaneous hemangioma by the literature. According to our investigations, this is the first case of split hand-foot malformation with existence liver and cutaneous hemangioma.
