A case Report : Imperforate Hymen

Obstructed uterovaginal anomalies most fre-quently become manifest at puberty, When the onset of menses results in the accumulation of menstrual blood and secondary distention of the vagina andlor uterus imperforate hymen has been reported to occur in 1 in 2.0(X) gynecology patients, but has a childhood incidence of only between 0.014% and 0.024%. A familial predisposition has also been re-ported. Uterine as well as some vaginal obstructions become symptomatik only at or after menarche, ran-ging from 9 to 15 rears. Our patient is /6 years old and she had suffered .3 years.
