A case report of largely located condyloma acu-minatum

A case of very large condyloma acuminatum lo-cated in inguinal region in a 62 years old male 40 years history was treated by surgical excision and split thickness skin graft. Altough it had very Tong his-tory there was no malign transformation in histo-pathological examination. We presented it because of its unusual size and tong history without malign transformation.
