Clinical, hematologic and cytogenetic findings of two cases were invastigated. One of them was Fanconi's aplastic anemia and other one was Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia associated with Fanconi's aplastic anemia. Chromosomal abnor-malities of these cases and the possible effects of these abnormalities on the progress of the disease and malignancy were ciscussed.
