Primary immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephritis associated with dominantly IgA deposition in glomerular mezengium. Macroscopic or microscopic hematuria are seen and proteinuria may be associated with hematuria. Acute renal failure (ARF) rarely occurs in the course of IgA nephritis. In here, a male case 15 years old with IgA nephritis had been presented with ARF and rapidly resolving renal failure.
