Transjuguler Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt (TIPSS) is a procedure that creates a shunt between portal and hepatic venous systems via transjugulary way placing a stent to hepatic parenchyme. In the current manuscript, we describe a patient with portal hypertension to whom a succesfull TIPSS operation was done in our hospital.
