Serum rhvroid horrnone levels of heallhy indivi-duals and tip Il diaberic patients were deterınined. There was no difference between1T4, 17'3, FT4• FT3 and TSH levels of both groups. TT4 and FT3 levels of diaberic women were higher, while FT3 levels were lower than those of healthv woınen (p<0.05). Also, TT3 levels of diaberic men were lower (pc0.01 ) than that of healthy men. Our results are discussed and compared with li-terature findings.
