A rare complete lateral .fracture-dislocation of the lumbar spine without paraplegia is reported. A 23 year-old man injured by traffic accident. Fixation offracture-dislocation ti aS obtained using Abet Spi-nal System without trying reduction. Long-term fol-low up (3 years after operation) showed an excellent result.
