We peıl-brıned a surgical alternative combination of TV+EAP+Duodenoplasty in treatınent of obstructing postbulbar ulcers. This combination is a reasonable surgical alternative for the surgeons unexperienced in PGV or who do not prefer PGVfor high recurrence rates and to have duodenum in gastrointestinal system way. The early results are successful however more long term clinical studies are needed to better assess the merits of this procedure.
