In our clinic 6 patients (One of diem was a lady) were te!:eıı under control with the aspeci that they had bladder tumors. Their anorectums were normal anJ their radiographies were taken at the 15 th, 30 th, 45 th, 60 th and 120 th minutes after injecting 7 mi contrast substance to their ana! submucosa. After injection, it was observed that prostatic ple.xas and whole bladder wall became opasify within 30 min-utes. Even 2 hours lazer, no contrast was observed in the pyelocaliceal system and ureters. It was understood that anal cystography was a helpful diagnose method in the evaluation of pathol-ogies which invaded the bladder wall and prostate.
