Bacteriological Investigation of Sputurn With Tuberculosis and Evaluation of Results

In the rnicroscopic examination of 14 431 sputun, 3 287 samples was found positively for diagnosis of tüberculosis between 1985-1988 years. The samples was seen be positive semears was positive culture in 1 579 of 1 799 which rs wanted to culture. In 1988 positive srnears was found 15% whereas 26% in 1985 year. In comparison of results, the ratio of mieroscopy-positive culture negative (M+C-) was 13%, Microscopy-negative culture positive (M-C+) was 34%.
