Case report of entoxication of local anesthetics

Although the short history of local anesthetics is basecl on 1860's its complications are stili carrying out their valw at present. There. are no local cnesthetic agents that can be accepted as not dangerous totally.. These agents must be applied in appropriate doses and after the neces-sary precctutions (the possibility of interference to the appropriate pre-medications and complications) and it musn't be forgotten that if .necessa•y cure isn't made on time, these cornplications may cause death.
