In this investigation, it has been introduced Orle kundred and thirty five cases wich vere retrospective//y diagvosed as Sydenham Chorea iri cleparment of pediatric cardiology of Hacettepe medical faculty between 1975 and 1980. It has been reviewed its relation with the heart disease and it has been discussed t.he results.
